Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our freight forwarding services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the Excel/Google spreadsheets.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Possess knowledge of the freight forwarding, import, and export business and processes.
• Provide customers with information about our products, rates and services.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and resolve their queries over the phone.
• Call active and potential clients to promote the purchase of services.
• Generate leads from the provided database.
• Search for clients on Google or online impoter/exporter sites and generate leads through cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and effectively pitch sales.
• Schedule appointments with prospective leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
